Saw a few various images, a really cool fiery DC logo I think I got from here and something cool from 4chan, and thought "time for the chocolate and peanut butter treatment!"
Then when I was done eating, I realized that there were two great images that'd look great together, and with some work to make the dragon be in front of the image I made this:
