Could we have some units for Brianna and Harrison to play that can engage the opposition quickly?  They didn't get much chance to shoot anything during the last two games.

OK the setup for the unit commanders is .. You can have 2 units each from your rosters the can be any units but only 2 from each roster. You will be moving to help out a small village that is under attack from forces unknown. These forces are small vehicles and infantry.
Units in training, on CQ at the power plant or helping the recovery of Hilo are out for this mission.
Lock and load people time to move out.

OK going to be nice .... don't know why  >:D ... do keep in mind that a unit can be a mech, vehicle or infantry unit ... units that have infantry in or on them still count as one unit  ::)

ok since the forces are small vehicle and infantry but "unknown" as to the type i am thinking of bringing my tarantula and my bandit foxtrot (which has grey death) this way i have speed to battle the vehicles and infantry to fight the infantry that is unknown lol

i will need record sheets for the bandit and the grey death printed out please since i dont have them in my book for some reason

what are your thoughts guys ?

I'm bringing something along those lines: Hussar and Maxim with battle armor.

i think the best thing would be to deploy the battle armor so we can protect the village people if needed also we can root out any people from any buildings and turn over any one we capture to the governor

It was Goblin Charlie that had the duty for the last mission.

Also, my security for the power plant is currently Goblin Delta and my Po (The Po switched places with my Zhukov, which is back at the main base).

Also, Devondra, if you want, I can repair your Locust with armor from my own spare parts supply (it was technically under my command).

I know what is pulling the duty now. Just looking to see if people are looking to swap units around.

thats ok i think im in better shape to repair it then you may be , but i would like to talk about getting parts from you when your machine shop it up and running if it will be making more then just the slugs. i would not be opposed to being an investor if you dont want to be bothered with partnerships
************************************************************

Charles, let me know just how many partners you have, i understand 50% is already taken, and you want to keep controlling interest, so what is the remaining percentage available? i would be willing to buy "shares" if you can figure out how much each share would be . frankly the percent system you were talking back is to confusing lol
************************************************************

Jim, we need to figure out what trucks we are going to buy for our shipping company, since my commitment to you was in the works first i need to figure out how much i need to pitch in to our venture so i know how much i have to place elsewhere.

A basic 10-ton flatbed truck is 26,000 c-bills.  The "armored" version is $47,000.  Do you have a preference?

Next Mission

This time out our local Mercs are escorting a convoy of building materials, food, water, clothing and shelters to Hilo. This convoy needs to get to Hilo as the cold weather is starting and will be very much in need for the rebuilding of the city.

The trucks in the convoy are civilian and do not like getting shot, so if bad guys show you will need to make sure they do not get to shoot them.

You will get to pick up to three (3) units from your command. You do not have to have that many units. If due to equipment down due to damage or doing other things then take what you can. As normal units on security at the power station, in training and at Hilo are not in play.

OK it's game on :-)

ok guys anyone have any thoughts? i was thinking of bringing my bandit and tarantula for fast response and my bravo karnov to scout ahead and spot. but if you all think we need heavier equipment let me know. i can rethink what im bringing .

i think if we can have mobility as well as fire power we will be good. we also need to figure out if we are "clearing the road" or moving with the units as fast as we can

what do you all think our strategy should be?

I was thinking of bringing my Hussar, Warrior vtol, and Saladin hovercraft.
It's difficult to come up with a strategy when we are responding to unknown trouble.  We should have scouts to look for trouble, and heavier units for peeling off and killing interlopers.

Your orders are to provide security for this convoy. You may or may not have to take action because of raiders.

2 Dead   23 Injured in Torpenhow Tower Collapse

Cesar's Bandits attacked and collapsed the Torpenhow Spaceport Tower as part of a distraction while they robbed the Banque Populair of 7.8 million k-bills and 3 tons of gold bars during siesta.                                The bandits bombarded the tower with missiles until its eventual collapse and were then chased by local militia forces. Meanwhile,  in the town proper additional bandits used heavy weapons to break apart the back of the bank in order to reach the vault,  then used lasers to get in. The bandits then proceed to rendezvous with a dropship and left the planet.
