I've used both the Wingman and the Microsoft Sidewinder, both of which seem fine.

You still can use drivers in xp but win 7 forget it even with emulation.
MS does not want to support it but I hope there is something homebrewd somwhere...

Currently using a Saitek AV8R Flightstick which has built-in dual throttle and twist handle for MW4. A good choice for sims in general if you need throttle and rudder capability built into one device.

The Steel Batt contorl set pales in comparison to a a Saitek setup with pedals, an X-52/X-65F HOTAS and various switch panels.

I'm currently using a Trust Predator. Nice piece of hardware, nice and cheap. Cost me 'bout 20€, needs no drivers and works like a charm! 4-way hat, 12 buttons, 3 axis and a slide throttle. I recomend it vividly!
