"Big U" It's show time! Big UrbanMech

[Wrangler]

This is the first time I've ever made a Superheavy Battlemech and using MegaMeklab.
This has been validated, so it works (in MegaMek).

I wanted try make very large UrbanMech that in vein old Anime called "Big O".  But still a UrbanMech...
