Jihad era FP cost for non Mercenary faction Units

Hi
Im planning a campaign for my friends. They will each be building a Jihad era Mercenary command.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should work out the FP cost for an availability list for the non Mercenary faction Units?
Obviously some Units cost more than other but what should I base it on.... faction? PV? Era?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I came up with the following for my JIHAD era campaign...I suppose it's as good as any other one

MERCENARY AVAILABILITY LISTS TABLE
Jihad Era   FP Cost
Mercenary faction Lists   
General: Jihad   0
Mercenaries: Jihad   0
Allied Lists   
All Great Houses and Periphery Powers   2
Enemy Lists   
IS Clan General: Jihad   3
Individual Clans (i.e. Jade Falcon, Wolf, Ghost bear, etc.), Comstar   4

As to unit avaialbility...I made HUGE PDF of access lists based on the JIHAD era.

It can be...Not quite the same detail as the current Combat manuals

Yeah me too. Definitely.
Plus the Combat Manuals are only Late Succession early Clan War so it's be much more useful the those.
