Don't forget... Lt. Ranjeet's "few minutes" add up to 330 before all the design work is done. That said, removing the ammo bin only takes 20 minutes of design work. But Sam Horn isn't going to sign up for DOING the removal until there's more design work done... ;)
No, but it's simple enough. Take a stock PNT-9R, pull the SRM-4 and ammo, put 2 Medium Lasers where the SRM-4 was (CT), and a heat sink where the ammo was (LT).
drawn on scraps of paper in a notebook... think back to how we old timers used to mod our mech.. So you see if we pull the SRM4 we can slap in 2 ML and maybe a 3 or like a flamer or maybe a heat sink, then there no chance an unlucky shot cause the ammo bin to go BOOM. So what do you think?
