How do inferno rounds effect conventional infatry with full dermal armor?  Does each round kill 1.5 infantry?

Greetings,

That is correct, rounding up to the nearest hole number.

So 1 missile will kill 2 infantry with Dermal Armor, while 3 Missiles will kill 5 infantry (1.5*3=4.5).
