(Answered) ASCE and Combat Manuals

I'm very sorry if my question is already answered, but i'm a firsttimer in AS.
Am I right - if i use ASCE then Combat Manuals are not valid? I have compared PV cost for characters in ASCE (Lori Calmar e.g.) and Combat Manual and pricing is different. Also prices im Combat Manual are not equal to MUL's.

PV has had a revision since the Combat Manuals were printed.  The MUL (www.masterunitlist.info) is always the source for the current PVs of units.  It doesn't matter which version of the rulebook you are using.
