Miniatures of the Fortnight #97: Cephalus, Septicemia (Pariah), and Osteon

The Society was many things.  It was, first and foremost, a revolt against the Clans' Warriors by the Scientists.  It was also premature and, even then, not well thought out, even compared to other Clan endeavors.  But they did come up with some interesting toys...

The Society fielded three 'Mechs of their own design, the Cephalus, the Septicemia (Pariah), and the Osteon.  The Septicemia was first introduced in Technical Readout: 3075 as the Pariah and the other two in the sourcebook The Wars of Reaving.  If you'd like to use these toys in game, check out their 'Mech of the Week articles (Cephalus, Septicemia (Pariah), and Osteon).

Each of these 'Mechs has had multiple sculpts.  The Cephalus has two:

• The Prime variant (20-5064)
• The D variant (BT-275)

The Septicemia (Pariah) has had two as well:

• The Prime and D variants (20-453)
• The E variant (20-5059)

The Osteon has had three sculpts:

• The Prime variant (20-5061)
• The D variant (BT-273)
• The Jaguar variant (BT-274)

That Septicemia has some skinny arms!

The grey Osteon has some intimidating, blank-slate grey going for it.  I like the look of it, wish it wasn't so short lived in universe (as far as I know)
