Yeah, I saw that you mentioned it.  I'm just teasing, it's been a rough year for lots of businesses- I'm impressed by your ability to produce any new figs at all, really.

Material cost is part of it, but other expense have gone up as well over the years.

nothing surprising there

i had moved away from minneapolis for about six years and was shocked to find my hair guy hadn't raised his rates since 2012.

Hmm, should I use my store credit now before the price increases or should I hang onto it and wait for new stuff?

I guess lead may become popular again.  I don't see anyway for Ironwinds get around it without big costs unless they bough huge backstock before the spike.

That's a bummer about price increases. My business remains unchanged, I am very eased with the products and support. Looking forward to new sculpts!

It only feels noticeable because it is all at once. I remember when a mini was something like $7. Throw in costs such labor, insurance, electricity, rent/taxes, material costs may be minimal.

It may be a good idea for IWM to include annual or twice yearly price increases of a few percentage points. A 1% price increase twice a year would probably go unnoticed by most customers.

Nice. Those were good times. Still were expensive for me at the time as a highschooler with no job, but nice nonetheless.

Plus, you could chew on them and get brain damage.

But yeah, since then my budget has increased significantly more than the price of miniatures.

And so have the expenditures, I bet.

Which is one good thing about approaching retirement. No more big expenses, Ghu forfend, and enough for a nice little hobby budget.

I am finally going to get the last release on IWM webstore this weekend. I meant to get it up a few weeks ago except other things got in the way.

They should make the Leviathan Prime mini with Gold Leaf wrap, that way Speck and the gang can retire for the season...

And pass on the mini's price as is, paint it at your own risk!

I have added the Raptor II 5X, Catapult C3, and Dasher II (Standard) / 2 to the New Release folder.

I need to get some info from Mike so I can add the Catapult Arrow Sprue and Dasher arm parts to Scrapyard.

Are you still selling the Mech scale Infantry in Bulk?

Currently, I see Kurita and Davion in " Squads " of three ( 3 ). < BT-370 and BT-731 > It use to be available in a blue package, under the old Ral Partha.

As it is... I do like the Marian Trooper. But @ .65 cents each... :yikes:

Do you have any Pilot pieces in Mech Scale?

Or could a single Trooper be made into one?

Looking to use them mostly for ASF and Mech scale raids, where moving from Barracks to " Ready " Line a few hexes away. ( Mostly twilight attacks. )

I don't want to use N or Z Scale ' campy ' train peoples...

There were not any pilots done in the small scale. I have played in games where the Davion / Kurita infantry where used but cut off as singles for something similar to what you want to do.
