hammerhead wouldn't surprise me; the stats have been released for a while, it's on clan general, and it is one of the better early RG designs that aren't green bird.

I would love a Hammerhead . . . I can slice & dice legs from MWDA stuff, but creating that sort of distinctive head . . . I was looking for 3D printed stuff to make one.

The Hammerhead talk had me excited, until I realized you were all talking about the mech. Then I cheered up because I remembered the proper Hammerhead already has a mini.

New Year

I'm curious what we will see more in 2022.

It sounds like we've got the following miniatures on the immediate horizon:
AWS-8Q Awesome (Classic design from AGoAC)
BLR-1G Battlemaster (Classic design from AGoAC)
Defender (Warship from Field Manual 2765 - AFFS)
Thunderbolt variant (TDR-5SE? TDR-7M?)
Commando variant (COM-3A? COM-3S?)
Raider (TRO 3150)
Atlas II Devlin (from Legends artwork)

If accurate, that could be most of the years releases right there.

Well, Defender & Raider were fan funds IIRC?  Not sure the variants would count b/c they might just be a single sprue change, so that would be TBolt, Commando & Atlas II.  I would bet on a few more new RecGuide releases.

Come on Hammerhead.

Good list of stuff in process, I will have to double check the Thunderbolt and Commando Variants. The Atlas II Devlin will be up soon on IWM store. I was just cleaning the parts so I can built it next week. At my in laws this week, I have been cleaning new release minis and mini parts for scrapyard.

Defender and Raider are fan funded yes. Defender was surprisingly a bargain to fund. Cheaper than what we put into the Dreadnought years ago. I ended up just paying for it.

Fan funded and variants have typically been online exclusives and outside of the normal 3 per quarter release schedule.

So with all this talk of fan funding, anything new on the horizon we can throw money at?

Love the stats and about half of the art . . . the helicarrier lift method . . .

BUT . . . I thought we had heard vehicles were going to mostly be fan funded by this point?

I think the Concordat ship left the yard.

Honestly the Magistry's fighter has always appealed to me . . . as in the 'find a cache in the Periphery' appeal.

I'm game for a Tiger tank funding.

Also, the Estevez looks super cool. Too bad it isn't really viable on the board. But if that came up too, I would be down.
