(Answered) ECCM and Stealth Armor

As defined in Total Warfare, when using ECM to power Stealth Armor, "...the 'Mech suffers effects as if in the radius of an enemy ECM suite." I was wondering, though- if another unit came along and emitted an ECCM bubble, would that nullify the self-inflicted ECM effect of the stealth unit? Logically, it doesn't make much sense, but I'd nevertheless like to get official word on this if possible.

You operate as if in the radius of an enemy ECM suite. That's not the same as *being* in a hostile ECM suite's range. ECCM has nothing to counteract; it would do nothing. Only way to end the effect is to turn off your Stealth Armor.
