Can a Conventional/Aerospace Fighter unit with Vehicle Stealth Armor(282. TO) gains the bonus due to activated stealth armor while the unit has at least a bomb on its external and free hardpoint(as 245. TW says)?

To search; Vehicular Stealth Armor.

They retain the Stealth bonus, yes.
