Ah. Now that I have a chance, and you pointing out a change, along with comparing to my pdf copy of the previous version, I can see the differences.
It starts off with Archetype character creation (take the sample characters it includes, and either adjust it with 500 points or the GM gives bonuses each session to develop)
Then the point buy system. Followed by the sample characters which are moved up to this section. And then the life module system.
