TO:
Defensively, a cluster of spikes reduces the damage from any successful physical attacks against a spiked location by 4 points (to a
minimum of 1) that an Attacker would otherwise inflict.
What happens if a mech, equipped w/ Lamellor Armor and Spikes charges another mech?
1) Will the spikes reduce the 5-point-clusters by one to '4', which are reduced by the spikes to a minimum of '1'
or
2) will the spikes reduce the 5-point-cluster to '1', which will reduced by the lamellor armot to zero?
