Who is the artist for Wheeler Station?

Hello,
I was looking at sarna.net's profile of the art for the Touring the Stars: Gulf Stream,  noticed the artist was missing in credits except notation stating Special Thanks too: Zenith Station was done by KuhnIndustries.

Is the artist not wanting to be identified?
