(Answered) Hot loaded explosion and Pilot hits

Does a exploding Hot loaded missile launcher cause  2 pilot hit like an Ammo explosion???  Tac Ops  AR does not say either way P 101 nor  Tac Ops  p 103.

Is this correct???   The explosion does NOT harm the mechwarrior, or does the mechwarrior take 2 hit per ammo explosion???
