(Answered) Rugged Quirk and Maintenance Time

When a mech is rugged (1) it does a maintenance roll 1/2 as often as a mech without the rugged quirk.  Logically that should reduce the amount of time by 1/2 to maintain it as well.  Is that true?  I can't find anything concrete one way or the other.

No.  It breaks down less often, but it's not necessarily easy to fix when it does, or when you have to perform maintenance (the Easy to Maintain quirk covers that).
