Yeah, definitely needs the partial wing for the +5 Circumstance bonus to Damage & Intimidation

is that the same era of bending bars and lifting gates, perhaps? I know for a fact that even someone with a 9 Str can eventually open stuff (I was 16 at the time but when I was much older, it was only then I realized our DM was such as arse-munch to us helpless PCs... *snorts*
