Now the concept is simple add two tons, increase the damage and heat, retain the main characteristics of the hyper laser and add a -1 to -2 to hit mod to the pulse laser.
Lore: developed from a abandoned RISC cache of Hyper Lasers, the RISC Hyper pulse laser has slightly shorter range but 50% more damage for 50% more heat. Thought it's weight and bulk did go up as well as retaining it's issues of exploding due to misfortunate mishaps with the pulser laser. It is noted for being more accurate than the standard Hyper Laser. Though it is more costly to make in comparison at 1 million C-Bills apporximately. It actual battle value is unknown at this time as it's yet to leave testing due to it being a combination of extinct Hyper laser and Pulse Laser technology.
