Lore: Based loosely on the Stormcrow/Ryoken Prime. The Phantasma is meant to be a fast moving ER Large Laser boat that was designed to "Run up and melt mechs faces off". Development started in 3123 with prototypes showing up in 3135 with production only starting in 3145. As of the Ilclan era the mech has garned a decent reputation for being a reliable skirmisher. Being made around twin ER large lasers Specfically to emulate the loadout of the Ryoken/StormCrow while having superior mobility tacitcally and strategically. It is also equipped with seven standard Jump Jets to improve mobility in built up and terrain dense areas.
