So...
Combat Vehicle submarines, as per TO:AUE pg. 114 already incorporate environmental sealing, which makes sense.
However, for support vees being submersible and being environmentally sealed are two separate, to my understanding not necessarily mutually exclusive chassis mods.
Submersible chassis modification for Support Vehicles has a chassis mod multiplier of 1.8.
Environmental Sealing for the same has a chassis mod multiplier of 2.
The question is: does Submersible chassis modification for the Support Vehicles include Environmental Sealing?
If it does not, does that mean that a submersible Naval Support Vehicle also needs to get Environmental Sealing to be able to actually dive?
If Submersible does effectively incorporate the effects of Environmental Sealing, doesn't that create a potential oddity in construction whereas it is more tonnage-efficient to make every ship submersible rather than just make it sealed if it's meant to operate in a tainted/toxic environment?
Or does a sort of minimal rules interaction apply here - i.e. a Submersible Naval Support Vee can dive, but still cannot operate in tainted/toxic conditions without also getting full on Environmental Sealing?
