I mean 'virtual personnel' as the person that must not exists at all actually but have to be added to MH due to its limit. Such as the 'pilots' for drone/robotic units and the exceed personnel for some units(such as a 100 tons tank must have at least 7 crews regardless of its actual crew requirement).
Once were I classified them as year 0 personnel with different rank structure with mine to make it different with the actual person, but it seems that using the soldier with 0 year 'person' is not allowed at all.
Anyway how you classify those?
