Victor VTR-9B (Kataga) Classic Sheet?
« on: 23 January 2025, 21:44:50 »
Looking at the pdf it still shows a rifleman. Can't seem to find the errata where it was fixed. Anyone have a link?

Because of continuity issues of Kataga's mech being a Rifleman II, we decided to change it to a Victor. There is no official sheet currently, but the following changes from the Rifleman II in HTP: New Dallas yield the Victor

*Move a jj from each leg to the CT.
*Move two ES from the LA to the freed slots in the legs
*Add a RA lower arm and a LA lower arm and hand actuator

If I might ask, what continuity issues?

intro date of the Rifleman II (2773) is after the scenario date (2766).

Ah, thanks for the info.

Interesting choice in the Victor, I guess for the JJ similarity.

I think I might have gone w/ a Striker for the change, a bit closer in terms of look & weapons/actuators.

The goal was to have as exact statistical match as possible. It was already a custom so load out wasn't a concern as long as it fit

Yeah, I was saying Striker actuators are closer to a Rifleman than Victor actuators.
Everything else is customized.
