Yes please tell.  My best idea atm is to build a hot wire, spray a hex grid on some foam with a litko stencil and cut it.  Thats gonna take looooong time.

Very nicely done! If you posted a "how to" thread I'm sure lots of us would be eternally grateful.

thanks guys, although really all credit should go to the guy who's idea I stole.   Found the idea on Terragenesis and the guy who done them originally is a legend.

I made the hexes on the surface with hot glue.


Anyway, here is the guide I pretty much copied all the way through, although I did take on board some ideas to make it more user friendly(at the cost of realism).    http://www.terragenesis.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7454   like I said, this guy is amazing.

The 2 X 6 map looks like a map from Halo. I can imagine all kinds of kills and fails happening all over it, lol.

Awesome. The Island map is my favorite too. I like your style more than the original guy's stuff. His stuff is cool too, but kind of over the top.
