Sporting an endo steel skeleton, double heat sinks,and armed with a flamer, 2 ER large lasers and an SRM6  Faust's unorthodox load out has surprised many an enemy mechwarrior. Coupled with the fact that Amon likes to load one of his SRM ammo bins with Inferno ammo.

Vonshroom, the GRF-2N is pretty close to what you want.  Tyler Jorgensson, I can't find a Cestus with JJs--sorry.

As I see the unit getting larger & larger, & adding support forces,  it makes me think that Monolith needs to be filled out.

Have you considered the battalion/company organization yet?

I’d humbly offer a couple ideas on how to form the RegComCompany
1.   Swap the Banshee & Blackknight
2.   Combine the Urbies & Heliopolises
3.   Form Team Red, Tongs Team & Reserve/Support into the RCC of 13 mechs.
It puts the Dbl Cockpit,  Arti,  Urbies, & 5th mech all into the same unit which IMHO makes for an interesting looking Command Company.

1: Strike Team One: Tyler Jorgensson  (MechWarrior Sasha Rostov).
     Mechwarrior Warclaw is NOT command materiel.  He's a barely functional sociopath/amoral bastard.  He can follow orders, but isn't anyone's idea of a good leadership candidate.  At BEST, he could lead a forlorn hope or assassination mission.  Otherwise he just doesn't inspire trust or provide an example to aspire to.  Better to think of him as a barely leashed attack dog.
Useful, but not something you want making command level decisions.

2: Team Gator:  Mechwarrior Gabriel Thorne
     Though, I would be more likely to move him over to Porcupine lance with the Urbies and use them for base defense/non-combatant protection.  The MAD-4A and Highlander are better used offensively, and would leave the urbies behind quickly, even at assault mech speeds.  Whereas Gabriel's Phoenix is very old tech and his personal preferences/skills suit defensive operations better.  Or possibly switch him out with the Daboku in the reserve team and turn it into a Ancient designs type lance.
