I'd like to echo this question, even if all we get is a ballpark answer.  I'm currently sitting on a small list of items I want to pick up, and if the price bump is anything but trivial I think it'll push me into ordering ASAP.

I will check tonight, I know some areas like scrapyard got a higher increase to larger parts that were priced lower for there size.

Any chances the Defender will see release a bit earlier?

The list of web only I have for release will be next week at earliest. I got confirmation that molding and stock for order will be completed this week.

Is it still possible to pick up orders on site?  I'll be in that region in the next couple weeks.

Please will out the contact form on the website and we will go from there.

Speck,

Just from idle interest (having just dropped a pre-price-rise order),

- What is the current best selling BT mini?
- Pick one BT mini which hasn't sold this year?
- Any idea of the non-store average order size?

These first one I can easily check since I was recently looking at this. The other two would be a more in depth look into sales. I will at to my list to check this.

I was wondering some of these same questions...just as a sort of interest in what other people are interested or not interested in. My tastes are all over the place and I love the fact that there's a huge variety of models to chose from.

Price increase is done, I fixed the new issues I noticed. But if you see something odd let me know in PM or use the support form.

I am late in answering this, I have been extra busy last few days with getting the price increase update files completed and verified for doing to update this evening. Plus work and home was nuts as well. The increase was between 10% to 20%, depending on the items. As I said some scrap yard parts were more than that, such as the Scylla arms, which are large and were priced on the low side. We did break the $20 on more items then before.

A couple of questions just occurred to me.  Are the metal versions of the Ryuken TC and Black Knight 9KNT going to come in as many pieces as the plastic ones did?  Also, are they going to have the arm and leg holes done with normal round slots like most minis or with the shaped holes that force you into one pose option like the plastic minis did?

Metal versions are using the same files.

I'm relieved that the price increase is only on the order of 10-20%.  I just hope that the price of metal drops soon, so IWM can maintain profitability.

It's a shame that there was a price increase. It will make buying doubles of mechs a bit more unattractive. But it is what it is. And I still plan to get mechs from IWM's when needed.

Me too; the trend line for tin prices over the last five years has been a rocket ship  :(

Fortunately, material cost is only part of the cost.

Thank you for checking!  In the end I pulled the trigger on an order before the bump, knowing I had a pretty set list and could save myself money regardless of the size of the bump.

Now onto compiling the next wantlist...

Hey Speck,

Regarding the upcoming Wolverine Web Only variants, how will the sculpt represent the
single head-mounted laser of the 7K vs. the twin lasers of the 7M/7M2 ? Modular bits ?

RT laser is a separate part.

Question for me in germany is, as i would like to order in one go, instead of second run:

When will the spring releases be available? Or can i order them right now (through a note)?

Any News here, just asking as a rough timeframe for when i can do an order

It is unlikely that we will get anything more specific than "Q3" or "Summer", but I agree that more information is nice to have.

That was my fault lol, seeing what could be done with just a few parts was fun. But I did have to explain the mess to Mike later. All of them came out great.
