Pasulj - Balkan bean stew.
Slice three large onions, soften in large pan with oil and all the cloves of a head of garlic. Then add four sliced double-smoked kransky sausages (aka smoked Polish sausage), three cans drained butter beans, one can chopped tomato, tablespoon and a half of sweet paprika, and simmer covered for 40-45 minutes.
Basically grown-up beans & franks, but delicious, and stick-to-the-ribs goodness.
