I retract my Watchdog suggestion after seeing it is a piece of TO equipment even in 3140s, they have not included those pieces very often otherwise we would have gotten a RHS Warhawk, Black Knight, and maybe Nova.

But you could give it 2 Clan MPL replacing a IS ERML in each arm, a DHS in the side torso where the missiles were located with the switch to LFF armor to get the crits for the full jump jets.

The RecGuides had some limitations on gear, but they did include plenty of Tac Ops equipment.  Also, the RHS isn't from Tac Ops.

To correct, it was TacOps stuff not in TM, but IIRC the Watchdog falls under 'not in TM.'

I believe the limitation was against stuff that wasn't in the Battlemech Manual, and even that wasn't completely held since stuff like Ballistic Reinforced Armor and Reengineered Lasers also showed up.

I can’t wait to get my hands on the Aces box. I don’t even care about the minis. Having a solo Alpha Strike option is a game changer.

I really hope they can fulfill their plan to release at least four of these sets.

Both of those are in the Battlemech Manual, Ballistic Reinforced Armor is on page 114, Re-Engineered Lasers are on page 101.

Not yet. Considering that they said the first box isn't finished yet, I wouldn't be surprised if it got released 3rd or 4th quarter of next year at the earliest. Of course, that's just my own conjecture. Feel free to tell me I'm silly and poke holes in my guess-timates.

Yeah that dorsal gun definitely doesn’t match the old -3F stats.  Could either be rule of cool or a new variant for the ilClan Era.  Either way, nice looking machine.

My guess is that it's a custom variant used by one of the players in the Black Remnant.  If you could get a Light Gauss Rifle (or a Clan Gauss) and three Clan ER Mediums, that would give enough tonnage right there for a RAC 2 and ammo.  Pure speculation on my part, though.

The new Marauder II and Nightstar lack offensive firepower?  The Nightstar was always a Fire Support mech, even the double LB-10X 9FC.
