TURNING POINTS (E-Pub)
These campaign PDFs use the Chaos Campaign rules, at right, and gives players the option of fighting individual battles, following a campaign arc, inserting it into their own campaigns and even create their own scenarios with optional rules to give their games a specific “flavor.” Each PDF includes a detailed map of a specific world, a run down of the forces involved in the conflict, and several tracks that players can use to run simple lance-on-lance battles, or stage up to a world-wide invasion. Only the players’ imaginations are the limits.
There are two flavors of Turning Points: standard Turning Points and Operational Turning Points. The standard Turning Point, as described above, focuses on a specific world, with the name of the PDF itself indicating which Era it falls within; i.e. Jihad, Dark Age or Historical (the latter could be any other Era). Operational Turning Points, on the other-hand, are larger conflicts that span multiple-worlds and so do not have a specific world map.

- BattleTech is a science-fiction “space opera”: a factional, militarized universe set in the thirty-first century, a future where humanity has spread to the stars and spawned titanic interstellar empires, each nation controlling hundreds of worlds across a region of space stretching a thousand light years and beyond.
Initially published over thirty years ago as a tabletop board game, BattleTech has gone on to become one of the gaming industry’s most important and longest-lasting science-fiction universes.
