Statement from Catalyst Game Labs on Conclusion of Harmony Gold Legal Action

Catalyst Game Labs has issued the following statement about the recent conclusion of the Harmony Gold legal action:

“Everyone at Catalyst Game Labs is pleased to see that the lawsuit brought by Harmony Gold has been settled and that a final order of dismissal has been issued by the court. We join Piranha Games and Harebrained Schemes in the delight at putting this behind us and moving forward to provide fans of BattleTech with more great product.

While we appreciate the support we’ve seen in the online community, and the celebration we’ve heard take place on our behalf and on behalf of BattleTech, we will not be commenting further on the original merits of the case nor the final order of dismissal.

Our plans for the future of BattleTech have not changed, and our work proceeds at all best speed.”
